The report will:

- Mention factors that may materially affect the function, performance or saleability of the property.
- Consider more minor repairs and future maintenance issues.
- Provide flexibility to address specific queries.
A Building Survey does not normally include a valuation but our Surveyor can provide a Market or Mortgage Valuation at the same time at a considerable cost saving.
